Today, Rossi is undergoing post-operative recovery period for 90 days. According to him, he now feels comfortable, though still feeling a bit sore because he underwent surgery.
"I feel a little sick, but that is normal in a few days because of surgery," he said in an interview with Italian television program, Striscia la Notizia.
"I have difficulty to sleep, but the operation went smoothly, everything is fine. Now my arms tied to the neck, but the shoulders will soon recover 100 percent, so that everything is just a matter of time."
Recipient of seven premier class world title explains, the injury is not going to recover fully if he had not been in the hospital.
"Apparently, my shoulder injury is worse than expected, so the last operation any longer," said Rossi, who also had a broken shin injury right leg due to fall in Mugello, Italy, last June.
"All the muscle and the other, was broken, so now I like having a new shoulder. They've given me a new shoulder, and I can not wait to try it!"
Before undergoing surgery, Rossi was test-post-season with his new team, Ducati, in Valencia from 0.9 to 10 November. He was about to do the test again with his new team in February, when official test pre-2011 season begins.
