Lorenzo: I Want a New Record

Valencia - Looks like a new world champion MotoGP ambition is endless, despite having won the world title on October 10 last in Sepang Malaysia. Jorge Lorenzo still has a target again this season, the Spanish rider wants

points broke the record held his teammate, Valentino Rossi.

Lorenzo was not a rider who was quite satisfied with what has been achieved, he still appear consistent in this final series even though he had won the world title. In the Australian GP and Portugal, numbered 99 was successful racer finished second and first.

This weekend, the final series this season to be held in Spanyol.Lorenzo certainly still going to appear consistent, let alone appeared as the host and in front of his fans. But the thing that most gives the motivation for Lorenzo is, the target to break the record held "The Doctor".

The record points-owned "The Doctor" is 373 points, the record was noted as a uara world at the 2008 season. Currently, Lorenzo has 358 points, the difference on 15 points with Rossi's record. That means if Lorenzo wants to make a new record, then he must finish on the podium in Valencia and later.

"We've won the Triple Crown, so our target is attainable. But I intend to record new points, where it can I do if I can finish the podium," said Lorenzo quoted from Crash.

Solving this record a challenge for Lorenzo. "I've never won at Valencia, so I'll try harder this weekend."

"Finally came the last race for me is very special and could accomplish all in Spain, along with all my fans. I've been celebrating it all in Mallorca, but this is the first time I perform in Spain as world champion and I am very proud to do it."

"This is an incredible season for us and I am very happy when the weekend could win again."
