Rooney Really Leave MU



Finally, Wayne Rooney said that he decided to leave Old Trafford because he thought MU was not interested in top players and could not guarantee him to stay at this club in invest his talents. Rooney also added that he went not because of money problems

"It's true that I and my agent had met several times with a club to discuss a new contract," said Rooney.

"In the meeting of August I asked for assurance about the club's ability to attract the attention of the world's top players," he said.
"I met with (Manchester United chief executive) David Gill last week and he makes no warranty that I was looking on the future of this club," he said.

Rooney also dismissed that he didn't have little respect for the MUFC, because he decuded reverse from the club as it is spoken by Ferguson. "I'm interested in what is said Sir Alex yesterday and I was surprised by his words," said Rooney.

"For Manchester United I wish he could continue his work because he was one of the most genius coach," he said.
