Valencia - Undergoing a two-day test at Valencia, Casey Stoner has claimed to have found comfort with the Honda team which will defend to the season ahead. However, Stoner also said that there were still several aspects
to do repairs and adjustments.
With his new team, Stoner has recorded positive results in the two-day MotoGP test at Valencia. On the first day, Australia Rider managed to occupy second place behind 2010 world champion Jorge Lorenzo. While on the second day of Stoner's success in the first position.
"I can not get for not happy," Stoner said as quoted by the official website of the MotoGP after a second test on Wednesday (10/11/2010) evening local time.
"The engines and chassis, its really good. Whatever I do when doing a transfer throttle back, I was able to get out of the corner smoothly. I can also step on the gas so out of the corner. It had a little slip, but it is very minimal and this represents a remarkable turnaround for me, "said The Australian rider.
But even so, it does not mean, Stoner did not find the problem, he said that there was little constraint and yet to find a match.
"It's our way to travel is still long, but we've got a strong base setting. I still have to find a match when the motor through the corners and a better balance because I have a style of his own race."
"We also still have to fix the number of parameters related to electronic devices that I feel a bit limited for it, and also improvements in braking because we still have problems related to it."
2007 world champion had said that to solve all the constraints faced by living matter of time.
"After two days undergoing tests, we were able to expand so much so I'm sure at times there and also with more understanding of the motor, we can solve everything," he closed.
